After My Wife Let The Fitness Coach Into The Bedroom, Something Happened That I Could Never Forgive-1

November 28, 2025

My wife has become obsessed with the gym lately, often praising the trainer's physique in front of me. Then, a few days ago, she let that trainer into our bedroom...
The Calm Before
Last Tuesday morning's breakfast was the last time Emily and I sat down like a normal couple. Morning light streamed through the kitchen window, casting a soft glow on her weary face. She only ate half her fried egg, its edges slightly burnt – a texture she normally disliked – yet she didn't complain today. Her glass of milk was mostly untouched, leaving a faint ring on the side. She claimed no appetite, her voice raspy. I touched her forehead; normal temperature, but faint shadows bruised the skin beneath her eyes, betraying a sleepless night. She offered me a faint, distant smile before grabbing her bag and leaving for work, her figure looking oddly frail in the doorway.

The Gym Obsession
Emily started at "Peak Power Fitness" about three months ago. Spring was settling in, but she complained of stiff back and shoulders from office air conditioning, saying she'd "rust away" without exercise. At first, I thought it positive. She'd dabbled in gyms before, but this was different. She became fanatically dedicated, attending religiously three times a week like a pilgrim, sometimes adding weekend sessions. She eagerly ordered a full set of new workout gear online – tight, breathable fabrics in vibrant colors, paired with expensive running shoes. For a while, delivery boxes cluttered our entryway.

A Name Appears
"Ryan taught me a new core exercise today," she mentioned casually over dinner one night, as if discussing the weather. But her eyes held a spark, like hidden stars, and her fork tapped her plate with an unconscious, eager rhythm. "He says my core strength is improving fast, my form's much better than when I started." Her voice held a pure, unburdened excitement I hadn't heard in ages. That name, "Ryan," landed like a pebble in the still pond of our dinner.

Praise Becomes Routine
After that, "Ryan says" became her frequent refrain, as if citing gospel. Ryan said her body fat dropped two percent. Ryan said her cardio endurance improved; she could handle advanced classes now. Ryan personally corrected her deadlift form, saving her back. Ryan suggested morning fasted cardio for better results. Every mention of Ryan lifted her voice, her eyes alight with validation. I began noticing her phone screen occasionally flashing notifications from "Peak Power" groups, or that glaring contact name.
